“Al Torresino” began as an artisanal workshop of simple, fresh, handcrafted and curated fresh pasta and delicatessen products made from selected and local products intended for retail sale, restaurant supply, catering and tasting event service.
Later, it opened a second outlet in the prestigious and busy “Sotto il Salone” market at No. 35. In 2017, it opened PASTASUTA: more than just a Take Away, Pastasuta offers the best fresh pasta recipes ready to eat wherever you want.
In the stores in the Galleria under Salon 35 and at Via Cavalletto 32 you can find, or order, the best fresh artisanal pastas, the most varied filled pastas with the most sought-after accompanying sauces, prepared in a completely artisanal way. In addition to the dishes displayed in the refrigerated counters, any special preparation can be ordered on request: appetizers, main courses, seasonal side dishes and desserts.
